The Pixel 7a device is a developer device (and has remotely been remoted locked by Google) and has a 6.1-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, 128GB storage, and a dual 12MP camera setup with both wide and ultra-wide lenses.

The frame is supposedly made of metal with glass everywhere else. It has a single SIM card slot and might have eSIM support.

We’ll wait and see when and if Google officially announces the device at its I/O event in May.
